Associazione Casacalendese di Montréal

Benvenuti

Nel lontano 1924, i Casacalendesi di Montréal fondarono la “Società Casacalendese“ di Mutuo Soccorso. Lo scopo principale era di riunire i compaesani ed aiutarli ad integrarsi nella nuova realtà nord-americana e nei momenti difficili, essere di mutuo- soccorso.

D’allora le nuove generazioni hanno continuato l’opera di questi pionieri ed adesso vi accogliamo su questo sito che ha per scopo principale di: mantenere e rinforzare i legami trà glI italo-canadesi , residenti nella Provincia di Quebec, d’origine di Casacalenda “il paese piu bello del mondo” , situato nella regione Molise, Italia.

Un invito particolare è rivolto ai giovani affinché utilizziate questo sito per rinforzare i legami intergenerazionali ed assicurare la sopravvivenza della nostra storia e cultura.

En 1924, les Casacalendesi de Montréal fondèrent la “Società Casacalendese di Mutuo Soccorso”. L’objectif principal étant de rassembler les nouveaux immigrants Casacalendesi et les aider à s’intégrer à la nouvelle réalité nord-américaine et fournir ou faciliter l’entraide dans les moments difficiles. Depuis, les nouvelles générations d’italo-canadiens continuent le travail de ces pionniers.

Maintenant, nous vous accueillons sur ce site, avec l'objectif principal de maintenir et de renforcer les liens des Italo-canadiens résidant dans la province de Québec, ayant comme origine Casacalenda "le plus beau village du monde’’, situé dans la région du Molise, Italie.

Nous encouragions sincèrement la jeune génération d’utiliser ce site pour faire le lien intergénérationnel afin the préserver notre histoire et notre culture.

Back in 1924, the Casacalendesi of Montreal founded the “Società Casacalendese di Mutuo Soccorso”, with the desire to reunite the new Casacalendesi immigrants, to help them integrate into the new North American reality, and to be of mutual-aid in difficult times. Since then, the new generations of Italian-Canadians continued the work of these pioneers.

Now, we welcome you on this site, with the main purpose of maintaining and strengthening the bonds of Italian-Canadians residing in the Province of Quebec, having origins from Casacalenda “the most beautiful village the world”, located in the Molise, Italy.

We sincerely encourage the younger generation to use this website to bridge the communication between all generations. The ultimate goal being the preservation of our history and culture.
